With 40 heavy bags in a dimly lit room resembling a futuristic Soul Cycle, this is clearly the next rage in the workout space. The music is jamming and the instructors are personalities (with enviable bodies) and serious boxing skills. Just like spinning, you get out what you put in, and you can follow at your own pace. They even offer private lessons in their vintage style boxing ring. Also of note, they have great branded athletic apparel and a healthy ringside cafe in the front of house.
