My daughter is traveling to Florence for the Spring semester, and I can't wait to visit her there. While there, I plan to experience all of Florence, especially its cuisine. I was looking for places and came upon Taste Atlas, which is a great resource. It is a professionally curated list of the best ingredients, dishes, and restaurants that cities have to offer. They won me over with their nuanced understanding of my hometown, New York City! I am looking forward to enjoying a starter of Gnudi, followed by Bistecca alla Fiorentina, and finishing with Zuccotto, all while drinking multiple Negronis! If you are going anywhere in the world, this is a great first place to start!
